Terms and Conditions

The Client agrees to the following terms and conditions on paying the required deposit.

Payments and Refunds

All photo sessions must have the deposit required paid 7 days in advance of the photo session and the balance of the photo session within 2 days of the agreed date of the session.

You the client may postpone your photo session at any time for any reason up to 72 hours prior to the confirmed date. If cancelled within the 72 hours then Puppy to Pro Photography reserves the rights to offer refunds, unless on an occasion where Puppy to Pro Photography is unable to complete the photo session or, if a dog becomes too ill for the session.

All other refunds are under the discretion of Puppy to Pro Photography.

Weather

If the weather or other adverse conditions prevent the photo session to go ahead, then I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule the session at no extra cost to yourself.

Welfare

The welfare of the dogs is my absolute priority. I reserve the right to refuse to do a photo shoot if I feel a dog's welfare is in any way compromised.

Waiver of liability

The client expressly releases the photographer, Alasdair Bunyan, his employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence.

Puppy to Pro Photography retains the copyright for all images, except for pre-agreed commercial shoots. Digital files and previews and copyright of images remain the exclusive property of Puppy to Pro Photography. If you wish to purchase the copyright to your images please contact me for further information, otherwise digital images are sold on a Personal Use Licence. If you purchase the digital files, you will be free to post the low-resolution files on social media and get the high-resolution versions printed, but it is not permitted to sell them or enter them into any competitions as your own nor to use them for any commercial purpose.

Usage of the images after the shoot.

I, Alasdair Bunyan reserve the right to use any image I take on a shoot in my marketing, whether this is in print, social media, on stalls or on my website, or in any publication. excluding images which include people which I will request prior consent.
